Hollywood Spice is back at Terrazas at LYFE, bringing together oceanfront dining, a three-course prix fixe menu and boutique wine from Mendoza, Argentina, all from our 9th-floor rooftop overlooking Hollywood Beach.
Available throughout August and September, Sunday through Thursday, our Hollywood Spice menu invites guests to experience Terrazas for lunch or dinner with two special three-course prix fixe options:

And this year, there is something special already included in the experience: every Hollywood Spice menu includes one glass of Ferllen Wine or Prosecco.
No additional wine upgrade is needed. Guests can enjoy three courses and raise a glass of boutique Argentinian wine as part of their Hollywood Spice experience.
A Three-Course Hollywood Spice Menu
The Hollywood Spice menu at Terrazas is designed to showcase the combination of Mediterranean, Italian and South American influences that define our kitchen.
Guests begin by selecting one first course.
The Terrazas Salad combines poached pear, baby greens, blue cheese, caramelized walnuts and balsamic glaze for a balance of fresh, sweet and savory flavors.
For something inspired by the coast, the Mango Ceviche features fresh fish, mango, red onion, cilantro and citrus leche de tigre, while the Crispy Calamari is lightly fried and served with marinara sauce and lemon.
Guests can also choose our Homemade Empanada, with a choice of beef, chicken or ham & cheese, served with house aioli chimichurri.
For an additional touch, the first course can be elevated with Tuna Tartare (+$6), prepared with fresh ahi tuna, avocado, sesame, citrus soy and crispy wontons, or Spanish Style Grilled Octopus (+$10), served with red bliss potatoes, paprika and olive oil.

From Handmade Pasta to Mediterranean Branzino
For the entrée, Hollywood Spice continues with dishes that reflect the diverse culinary personality of Terrazas.
The Spaghetti Pomodoro & Burrata pairs handmade spaghetti with San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh burrata and basil.
The Pasta Sorrentina brings together creamy truffle sauce and wild mushrooms for a richer, comforting option.
Seafood lovers can select the Mediterranean Branzino (+$8), a butterfly-pan-fried branzino served with Mediterranean fresh vegetables and finished in a roasted garlic lime sauce.
For guests looking for a classic steakhouse-inspired option, the 14 oz Rib Eye Steak & French Fries (+$10) is served with homemade smoked chimichurri sauce.
The entrée selection also includes Veal Milanese, a traditional breaded veal cutlet finished with heirloom tomatoes and shaved Parmesan.
Save Room for Dessert
A three-course experience deserves a memorable finish.
Guests can choose the Classic Tiramisu, made with mascarpone cream, espresso coffee and cocoa powder, or embrace an Argentinian favorite with our Argentinian Dulce de Leche Pancake, featuring soft, thin crêpes filled with dulce de leche, flambéed for a warm caramelized finish and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
The menu also features Dubai Pistachio Ice Cream, combining pistachio ice cream, chocolate sauce, kataifi and pistachio cream.
Or finish with the Flambéed Crème Brûlée, a classic vanilla custard with a caramelized sugar crust.

Ferllen Winery is a boutique Argentinian winery producing wines from Mendoza’s renowned Uco Valley, one of Argentina’s most celebrated wine-growing regions.
